Vegetable Sommelier Restaurant — Seasonal Kyoto Dining in Private Rooms
Step through a Nishijin-textile noren curtain into the quiet of a traditional Kyoto machiya townhouse. At Togiya, a certified vegetable sommelier hand-selects the season’s best produce from farms across Japan, prepared with skilled Japanese and Chinese cooking techniques, and served in a fully private or semi-private room where you can relax without worrying about anyone around you.
